Treatments for one are:

Treatments in the sauna:
Blood cupping
Traditional Vihta treatment and Washing with whisks
Foam Wash with Exfoliation

These can be done without a sauna:
Bone setting and massage, but I recommend the heat of the sauna
and additional services to enhance the treatment.

Based on my long experience, I can recommend the right combination for you.

I use as pure as possible domestic products of organic quality and traditional treatment methods.

In addition to water, in the heat of the sauna, we can use many types of Vihta (whisks) peat, salt, honey, essential oils, clay and various herbs, either dried or fresh.

Tar and various herbal oils are also part of traditional treatment.
