Based on my long experience, I can recommend the right combination for you.

I use as pure, domestic and organic products as possible. I work with traditional treatment methods.

In addition to water, we use many types of Vihta (whisks) peat, salt, honey, essential oils, clay and various herbs, either dried or fresh in the sauna, 

Tar and various herbal oils are also part of traditional treatments.
